Taylor Ryan has partnered with CWB Financial Group to find a Senior Manager, Real Estate Lending to join their team in downtown Vancouver. As an integral part of the Real Estate Lending team, the Senior Manager will develop and manage a portfolio of construction and term mortgages and the borrowing and deposit requirements of new and existing clients. The Senior Manager will steer and grow a portfolio of business while providing creative solutions to help clients and businesses achieve their goals. Bringing years of experience in the business, the Senior Manager will proactively identify and anticipate clients and business’ needs and uncover opportunities that are crucial to their financial success. As a leader in the Real Estate lending group, the Senior Manager will provide mentorship to the group while managing, supporting and coaching a team.
This position is suited to someone who has spent more than 7 years in a commercial banking environment with vast exposure to real estate lending and a focus on construction financing. The successful candidate must be a self-starter with an ability to see both the detail and the bigger picture. Excellent sales experience, a track record of closing the deal and a proven professional network and referral sources in the local market are crucial. It is a position that is all about communication, connectivity and the ability to build lasting relationships with both new and existing CWB clients.
