An opportunity now exists for a talented Senior Manager, Real Estate Finance to join the group. Reporting to the Vice President Finance, and working closely with the CEO and other key members of the company, the candidate will be instrumental in overseeing the entire debt portfolio and being the face of investor relations. While managing all debt requirements of the organization, the successful candidate will foster strong relationships with lenders and equity partners, forecast capital requirements for projects and ensure capital needs are met and are allocated efficiently across projects.  In addition to managing the debt portfolio, the Senior Manager will be responsible for investor reporting, communication and relations.


The ideal candidate is a CFA or MBA with 7+ years of experience in real estate finance or investment. A strong understanding of real estate finance and valuation and an ability to lead and manage others while simultaneously managing multiple projects is required. The successful candidate will bring a strong attention to detail and well-developed relationships across lending markets.
