Due to continued growth, Hungerford Properties is looking to hire a Senior Manager, Investments to join the team in Vancouver.  The candidate will report to the Director of Investments and will work in conjunction with the Partners, and all other departments.  The Senior Manager, Investments will be active in the following primary responsibilities both in an individual and senior management team setting:

Source and identify potential acquisition targets / investment opportunities with a focus on value-add; Perform advanced financial analysis and oversee due diligence process; Oversee market studies for specific geographic regions; Provide regular updates on current events/trends impacting real estate in specific regions to the company; Manage, review and prepare marketing materials and prepare reports and make presentations for the Investment Committee; Create, manage and implement internal process documents and templates; Manage, train and mentor other members of the team.

Applicants for this position will be self- motivated individuals with a high degree of initiative and will possess strong interpersonal skills, be attentive to detail, and able to build trusting relationships.  The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 7 years of experience in real estate including wide-ranging and in-depth experience in investments with proven success in value-add properties. Expertise in all aspects of real estate transaction underwriting is desired.  Experience in Asset Management, while not required, would be an asset to this role.  A Bachelor’s degree at a minimum is required and a CA / CFA Designation is considered an asset.
