An opportunity has arisen for a Senior Director of Sales to join Gryphon. As part of the senior leadership team the Senior Director of Sales will be responsible for sales across the organization.


This role will lead the strategic sales planning including conceptualization and implementation of residential and commercial sales strategy, market and competitive analysis, and product positioning.


Specific responsibilities include maintaining, developing and implementing sales programs. Providing sales expertise and leadership in developing strategies to increase brand presence and sales results.  Developing and maintaining strong relationships and fostering regular communication with both internal and external stakeholders. Providing ongoing leadership, resources and coaching to the sales team to maximize performance and representing Gryphon at industry events and within the community.


The candidate will have at least 10 years of applicable work experience within the Vancouver real estate industry, at least 5 years of which is in real estate sales management with a focus on presale of multifamily developments . Leadership experience with a high profile residential developer or sales agency is essential. Experience leading a Sales team is an asset. The successful candidate must be driven, able to display an entrepreneurial mindset and a strong understanding of development sales as well as an ability to think strategically.   They will also be fluent in Mandarin Chinese both verbal and written and will hold or being willing to obtain a real estate license.
