An opportunity now exists for a Senior Development Manager to join the Concert team. You will be responsible leading the execution of mixed-use development projects while partnering with other project team members including sales and marketing, construction, commercial leasing, property management, asset management, and finance teams. As an integral member of the team, you must exemplify the highest standards of honesty, integrity and ethics.
The ideal candidate will have experience in managing complex public consultation processes for various types of development projects and in successfully navigating municipal review and approval processes. You are a relationship-builder with excellent leadership capabilities, and are skilled at communicating, coordinating, and managing relationships with multiple stakeholders. You must be a problem solver and be able to create solutions to complex development issues.
The ideal candidate will possess at least 7 years of development management experience. You will demonstrate a detailed understanding of all aspects of the project design, development and approval process, and be capable of applying a professional development management approach to large complex projects.
