Due to our continued growth, Coromandel is looking to add a Sales and Marketing Manager to the team in Vancouver. As a Sales and Marketing Manager you will be responsible for the creation and execution of marketing strategy and collaterals for your multi-family residential projects, coordinating between marketing & development teams, assisting with event preparations such as open houses, sales and brand launches and staff engagement events, being a brand ambassador for Coromandel and working in collaboration with external agencies as required.
The ideal candidate will have a degree, diploma or equivalent qualification in Marketing. In addition, they will have 2-3 years of experience working in multifamily residential sales and/or project marketing, ideally within the Vancouver Market. The candidate will also demonstrate, superior written and verbal communication skills, excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a demanding, deadline driven environment, strong attention to detail and a keen eye for design.
