Vanprop Investments is seeking a full-time, Real Estate Analyst to join the team. Reporting to and working closely with the Vice President, Development and CEO, the Real Estate Analyst will be responsible for providing support across a wide range of duties including: Proforma modelling, sensitivity and scenario analysis; Building and maintaining a database of economic inputs, market intelligence and information that can be used for modelling; Establishment and maintenance of project budgets and reconciliations to progress draws; Ensure budgets and proformas reflect design revisions, incorporate changes and realistic projections; Provide market research and reports to assist with strategic planning; Prepare reporting material for internal and external stakeholders; Liaise with appraisers and other consultants; Assist with due diligence as required and other duties that will arise.
The ideal candidate will be passionate about real estate and will have at least three years of experience performing detailed financial analysis on development projects. A relevant education background in commerce, finance and accounting is required and advanced Excel skills are essential. We are seeking a team oriented, self-motivated, and collaborative individual with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
