Ronmor’s ownership consists of two third generation Albertan families who remain active in the direction and leadership of the company.

Reporting to the Vice President, the Director, Leasing will take the lead in developing and implementing the overall leasing and marketing strategy for the portfolio of retail, office and industrial properties throughout the Greater Calgary Area and across Western Canada.   Highlighted responsibilities will include the following: Prepare, present and negotiate all forms of lease agreements; Prepare financial analysis on prospective deals; Create and monitor budgets and revenue projections; Develop and coordinate marketing plans and strategies for vacant and upcoming space; Actively network and build relationships with prospective tenants and the brokerage community; Manage and appoint listing teams where applicable; Co-ordinate payment of deal and marketing related invoices; Collaborate with the leadership team and provide strategic advice and report on items including market information, industry trends, leasing activity and building conditions; Work with internal departments on tenant and building related matters; Represent and promote the company at industry events.

To succeed in this role you will need a minimum of 7 years of commercial leasing experience, an expertise in retail is a considered an asset.   A University degree and/or diploma in business or related field is preferred.  Candidates must have a strong knowledge of legal documentation as well as sound analytical skills and the ability to understand, interpret and analyze the financials of lease deals and market research data.  We are looking for a proactive and highly motivated individual with a passion for the business and energy to complete a high volume of value-add deals.
