As Elevate continues to grow, an opportunity now exists for a talented and motivated Corporate Operations Coordinator to join the team.  This role will be joining an active and vibrant environment and will be exposed to a broad range of activities and projects throughout the Lower Mainland. Reporting directly to the President and Vice President, this role will be responsible for all day to day office operations. This is a fast paced, front facing role and will incorporate all areas of both office operations and executive assistant level support for the President and Vice President.

The responsibilities will include, calendar management, contract management, technology support, vendor and tenant management. Other activities will include operations organizing, structuring all correspondence, active project files, as well as building relationships with various professional contacts and trades.

The ideal candidate will possess at least 5 years of experience within an executive assistant/office management position. A commercial real estate background is considered an asset. The candidate must display strong administrative skills; experience of working in a highly confidential environment, excellent attention to detail; ability to multi task and to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Excellent computer skills are a requirement as well as the ability to deal with diverse groups of people, excellent verbal and written communication skills, a commitment to excellent customer service, quick thinking and strong problem-solving skills.
