A local real estate development and construction firm who are continuing to grow their operations are currently looking for a Bookkeeper to assist with the internal accounting requirements of the team.

As the first key hire outside of the executive leadership team, the Bookkeeper will be responsible for supporting the management across a range of tasks in the business including accounting, administrative and a project. This role will offer a great deal of flexibility and variability, ensuring that you are given engaging and interesting work to complete that will ultimately make the business more efficient. While the team is relatively small at the moment, the plan is to continue to grow as the company engages on increasingly large projects.

To be suitable for this role, you will ideally have 10+ years in bookkeeping, with preference given to candidates who have experience working for construction or development companies. You will be a diligent, and detail-oriented employee who is looking to produce outstanding quality work. While not a requirement, it would be ideal if the successful candidate had additional language skills in Mandarin in addition to English.
